  • Drive-thru preferred with single or double drive-thru lanes
  • Corner or near corner access/visibility
  • 5-car stack with 5-car preorder stack

Endcap

Dunkin' Endcap Locations

Dunkin’ endcap locations are designed for mixed-use developments that include a drive-thru, with seating for about 18 guests.

Size:

  • 1,800 sq ft

  • Mixed-use “major tenant” community shopping centers with national or regional tenants
  • High visibility from major arteries
  • Drive-thru preferred
  • One parking space per three seats

Dunkin’ small format drive-thrus give franchisees access to more locations, lower build costs, and faster openings by leveraging modular or stick-built designs.

  • Major commuter corridors (40–50K cars per day)
  • Urban areas with limited lot sizes and higher rent
  • Interstate locations with limited service options
  • No more than two turns in or out
